Re: October Cabo San Lucas. Second half of October is really good. Hurricane season is over, ocean water temp is warm and pleasant, lots of activities/hotels are not in high season rates yet, very little children/college partiers around. We've visited Cabo late-October several times and weather is always great. Yes, prices are higher in Cabo, I think for two reasons. 1) It's a high end tourist destination and 2) it's at the end of a very long peninsula and most supplies must be trucked its 1,000 mile length or brought in by boat. 6.
